The Skypark Business Centre is one of Europe’s largest timber buildings and the first project in an ambitious master plan to transform Luxembourg’s airport district into a thriving economic hub. Located in Findel, adjacent to terminal A, the building stands as a prominent landmark for visitors entering the country and a statement of Luxembourg’s architectural ambitions.
In 2025, Skypark was featured in CNN’s list of “11 architecture projects set to shape the world in 2025,” recognised as the continent’s largest hybrid timber building to date. The centre spans 70,000 m² of floor space, constructed with 15,000 m³ of timber and a copper façade made of 80 per cent recycled materials.
Phase two of the project was completed at the end of 2025, marked by the installation of the final piece of the façade. The building remains on track for full completion in 2026, forming a key element in the transformation of the airport district and contributing to Luxembourg’s position as a centre for innovative architecture.
