2003
After completing their studies in Brussels, Shahram Agaajani and Thierry Cruchten founded Metaform Architects Studio in Luxembourg with the ambition of pushing the boundaries of architecture and improving people’s lives through a variety of platforms.

2017
GG Kirchner joins Metaform as Partner.

2021
Metaform relocates from Rue Goethe to a larger office on Rue des Girondins in Hollerich, Luxembourg City, now home to a skilled and multicultural team of 60+ architects.

2022
Steve Weyland joins Metaform as Partner.

2023
Metaform celebrates 20 years.

2024
Metaform’s Post Headquarters – Helix project in Luxembourg became the first project outside Germany to receive the DGNB Diamond Certificate for outstanding design and architectural quality. In the same year, Metaform was named Architecture Office of the Year at Paperjam’s Real Estate Awards in Luxembourg.

Metaform expands internationally with new offices in Düsseldorf and Trier, Germany.
