Your Role & Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Oversee and manage one or more work packages, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget compliance.
- Coordinate all project stakeholders and anticipate requirements to ensure smooth execution of the works.
- Manage project schedules and organize task sequencing throughout the various project phases.
Cost Control & Budget Monitoring
- Review contractors’ claims, change orders, and verify quantity surveys.
- Update and monitor the budgets of assigned work packages.
- Ensure compliance with project cost targets and financial constraints.
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare reports for the different project phases and maintain effective communication with contractors and project partners.
- Draft formal notices and letters of default when required.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure seamless coordination across all disciplines.
Your Profile
- Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques across all trades.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, anticipate project needs, and manage detailed schedules.
- Knowledge of BIM processes.
- Good understanding of budget monitoring and cost management for tender packages.
- Excellent command of French and/or German. English would be considered an asset.
- Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team environment.
